Your well details stay with us.

What we collect

Only what you put in the contact form: your name, company, phone and email, the county, how many wells, what you tell us about the well, and any records you upload.

We do not use cookies or ad trackers on this site. We count anonymous page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. Our server holds your IP address in memory to limit repeat submissions. It is not stored with what you send. The site's fonts load from Google, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens.

How we use it

To look at your well, price the work and get back to you.

The form comes to our sales inbox by email. If your files add up to less than 20 MB, they come as attachments and are deleted from our server right away. Larger sets stay on our server behind a private download link and are deleted automatically after 90 days. If the email to us fails, the files are kept the same way so your request is not lost.

The email itself stays in our inbox like any other business email. Our server log notes each submission by name or company. If the email fails, the log also keeps your contact details so we can still reach you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell it or rent it. Railway hosts this site and stores the larger uploads. Resend delivers the form email to us. If we plug the well, its details go into the Railroad Commission plugging records for that well.
